It feels like forever since I have stepped into the online crafty land… Life sometimes takes a hold and really refuse to shake you loose..
My head is above the water for the time being and I have been crafting – mostly art journaling if truth be told – but crafting none the less.
One of the first thing I did was try to tackle my essential bin – but everything just seems to naturally navigate right back to where they were before – and I am good with that.. for the most part
At least I know where to find my everyday ink, ATG, trimmer, crop-o-dile, chomper – you get the drift…
I am going with the idea that if it ain’t broke – leave it..

Other than my essential bins – I have been playing playing with texture – the holiday/gift giving season is almost upon us – and I am playing around with a few thing.
As of now I am loving how they are turning out..

Front of a mini album – I am putting together for a friend.

Open spread – This was so much fun to put together..
Time consuming – but very pleased with the end result.
This picture came out a bit dark – but this is my challenge to myself to use up those free papers that come with some of the craft magazine that I buy monthly.
The fun thing about this book is that these colours are not my taste at all – but I really got stuck into using up every bit of this paper and I am well pleased with how this turned out…
Not too bulky – but a pretty decent size to get about 25 pictures into along with some journaling spots..
Have a great WOYWW today and the rest of the week. and remember that the new scrapbooking magazine Scrap 365….comes out on the 18th..

Cant wait…
WOYWW is hosted by Julia from the blog Stamping Ground

Love your mini album, & i great way to use up the free papers from mags
Super crafting - and love your essentials bin - how many ATG guns do you need?! I've got a yellow one and I love it (would love a fuchsia one now) - Hazel WOYWW #43 x
Hi there; thank you for sharing your place of creativity with us this week, it was great to pop in and visit. Your book cover looks really great.

Love the book cover - playing with texture is such good fun isnt it. Thanks for sharing and have a great week. Sunshine Girl – No 34
Love the mini.
Great idea with the essentials bin - I struggle to know what to do with my ATG when I'm working.

On line or not - you are looking very creative indeed. Love that journal cover and that tape storage is a real gem ! Thanks for sharing today, Sarah at 2.
Another fan of your journal covers - beautiful and love the way you have incorporated lace. I have an altered book and an art journal to go at - blank covers so far - hope they end up as nice as yours.

My word what wonderful stuff you've been doing without showing. And you know I agree about the storage bins - they work, and that 'if it aint broke' is true true true. I may be a bit jealous of your collection of ATGs and WRMK tools though!!
I, too, love your journal covers - gorgeous mix of colours and materials. And what a good way to use up those free papers - have to admit not all patterns are to my taste either. Elizabeth x #78
Album looks great, I give up trying to use up those free papers so they stay in the magazine

For being number 1 this week, I'm awfully late visiting. I'm so sorry I'm late, but, after a computer crash I had to stop by and get a bit of inspiration. And boy did I get it! Those ATG guns. I have none. The crop-a-diles. I have none, but borrow a friend's on occasion. Gotta love those bins that are within arms reach.
